Welcome to Triple Nickel Pines — a serene 5-acre retreat in the pines, perfect for intimate gatherings, micro-weddings, elopements, workshops, private dinners, content days, and VIP donor events.

Note about the nonprofit: Triple Nickel Pines Alpaca Rescue is a separate 501(c)(3) organization. Event bookings happen through the vacation rental side only. Certain experiences (like alpaca meet & greets) may be offered as optional add-ons; proceeds or a portion may support the rescue.

Event Types We Host

  • Micro-weddings & elopements (ceremony + portraits) (15 people or less)

  • Vow renewals & proposals

  • Content creator days & styled shoots

  • Workshops/retreats (wellness, photo, floral, etc.)

  • Private dinners, birthday/anniversary celebrations

  • VIP donor or sponsor gatherings

Spaces & Capacity

  • Outdoor Garden/Greenhouse Area: intimate dining, photos, small ceremonies

  • Cabin Settings: cozy backdrops for getting-ready and portraits (overnight stays booked separately)

  • Pine Pasture Overlook: scenic views near the alpaca pasture (no guests inside animal pens unless an add-on is arranged)

  • Guest Count: Best for up to 20 people on site. (Cabins must be booked fpr events and is separate from event fee)

What’s Included (Base Event Use)

  • Use of designated outdoor areas for your event window

  • Access to power & water in event zones (as available)

  • On-site host for coordination/check-in to property rules

  • Parking guidance for approved number of vehicles

  • Restroom access (portable rental may be required or designated facility depending on setup)

Tables/chairs, décor, rentals, and coordination beyond check-in are not included unless added on.

Event Pricing at a Glance

  • Site Fee: starts at $1,200 (3 hours, up to 10 guests)

  • Additional Hours: +$150/hour

  • Security/Damage Deposit: $500 (refundable)

  • Cleaning/Reset Fee: from $200

  • Cabin Stay: Required — booked separately at standard nightly rates


💍 Micro-Wedding Package — from $1,750 + cabin stay

  • 4 hours site use

  • Up to 15 guests

  • Ceremony + reception space (garden/greenhouse area)

  • Cabins required (booked separately at nightly rate)

  • Wood Table and chairs (up to 12) 

  • Access to special glasses, decor we have. 

  • Bluetooth speaker

  • Preferred vendors list

  • Optional add-ons: Picnic/charcuterie setup, rentals, event space/day of coordination 


Example: A micro-wedding with 15 guests, 4 hours, plus a cabin stay would typically start around $1,950 - $2,400 for all 3 cabins
